Qualifications

• Approximately 5-8+ years of Consumer Insights, Market Research, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required.
• Experience in CPG, food, beverage, nutrition, or another consumer-driven industry strongly preferred.
• Experience managing external research vendors and multiple concurrent research projects.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; ability to translate insights into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize consumer insights processes, tools, and governance.
• Strategic business partner for assigned units; collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, R&D, and Sales.
• Lead consumer and brand research across needs, segmentation, positioning, and trends.
• Support innovation lifecycle from opportunity to post-launch evaluation.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations and present to leadership.
