Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–6+ years of analytics experience in CPG or related field.
• Experience with retailer data platforms is required.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, volume, distribution, velocity, pricing, promotion, assortment, and mix across brands, customers, SKUs, channels, and markets.
• Identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis to distinguish between distribution, velocity, pricing, promotion, mix, seasonality, and other performance drivers.
• Develop recurring scorecards and reporting that focuses attention on material business opportunities and risks.
• Proactively identify insights rather than relying solely on incoming analytical requests.
