Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and business development experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, and/or CRO/FSP industry.
- Proven ability to develop business; build consultative relationships; thrive in a team environment.
- Must be a top performer with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop business with prospective strategic customers and penetrate/retain existing customers.
- Build relationships, network, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Collaborate with management and adhere to sales metrics and thresholds.
- Stay current with market conditions and staffing/human resource trends affecting business.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in decision making.
- Engage with decision-makers, end users, and industry associations to build mutually beneficial relationships.
