Kelly Services is seeking an Account Executive for the Science & Clinical staffing division. This remote role offers a salary range of $75K–$95K per year plus uncapped commissions, with final compensation based on experience.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and business development experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, and/or CRO/FSP industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop business with prospective strategic customers and penetrate and retain existing customers.
- Build relationships, network, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrate leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills to internal/external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management across levels.
- Adhere to sales metrics and thresholds.
- Stay current with market trends and HR staffing considerations.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers and industry associations.
