Job summary

First Due is seeking a tech-savvy Client Success Manager to own post-sale relationships with public safety agencies across the country. You will drive platform adoption, deliver training and enablement, and lead executive reviews with Chiefs and Command Staff.

This fully remote role requires strong communication, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize retention and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public safety experience.
• Ability to manage enterprise-level customers with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with agency leadership.
• Data-driven mindset to interpret usage and growth signals.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with public safety agencies nationwide.
• Drive adoption and continued engagement of the First Due platform across all levels of the department.
• Lead recurring executive and operational business reviews with Chiefs and Command Staff.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and strengthen satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Sales on renewal strategy, contract expansion, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
• Deliver education and engagement programs to drive utilization and outcomes.
• Maintain account health metrics, usage rate, and renewal forecasts.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for First Due’s vision.
• Participate in user groups, conferences, and regional events.
