Emplicit is seeking a commercially-minded strategist to own a portfolio of 18–25 brands across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. You will build trusted C‑suite relationships, guide strategy at the executive level, and collaborate with a cross‑functional pod to stay focused on growth rather than day‑to‑day data entry.

You will drive retention and upsell opportunities, shape scopes of work, and forecast revenue while leading onboarding for new brands.

Qualifications

• Ability to turn tense client situations into wins with high EI.
• Amazon fluency: Seller Central, TACoS, BSR, Buy Box and profitability.
• Proven history of spotting untapped revenue within existing portfolios.
• Comfortable challenging client assumptions with data-backed insights.
• Operate like CEO of your book of business, focusing on profitability and risk.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 18–25 high-growth brands across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships across accounts.
• Lead cross-functional pod to align on strategy and execution.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities across your portfolio.
• Develop Scopes of Work (SOWs) and business cases for service expansions.
• Own P&L and revenue forecasting for your accounts.
