Job summary

Teikametrics is seeking a Senior Retail Media Strategy & Growth Manager to accelerate growth across strategic enterprise brands. You’ll own full-funnel media strategies, advise on investments, and translate recommendations into incremental revenue with executive-level influence.

You’ll bring 5+ years in retail media, deep Amazon DSP experience, and a proven track record of closing commercial opportunities. Walmart Connect experience is a plus; remote-friendly, with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail media, e-commerce advertising, programmatic media, or performance marketing.
• Significant hands-on Amazon DSP experience and full-funnel Amazon Advertising knowledge.
• Experience managing meaningful media budgets for enterprise brands.
• Proven ability to identify and close commercial opportunities and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Own retail media strategy across strategic/enterprise brands, identifying opportunities to improve growth, profitability, market share, and customer acquisition.
• Develop full-funnel strategies spanning Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, streaming TV/video, audience activation, retargeting, and measurement.
• Advise customers on media investment, budget allocation, campaign architecture, and audience strategy.
• Leverage AMC and data sources to analyze performance and inform investment decisions.
