Job summary

SAIC is seeking a highly experienced Capture Manager to lead cross‑functional pursuit efforts for Army and Navy programs, shaping winning strategies and ensuring competitive, compliant proposals.

You will drive capture plans, supervise multi-disciplinary teams, and coordinate with customers and partners to advance major opportunities. Remote with travel to Reston, VA; San Diego, CA; Huntsville, AL and other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with 18+ years of relevant capture experience.
• Proven success leading captures and securing large programs (3+ single-award wins > $50M).
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ).
• Experience with varied contract vehicles and alternative acquisition pathways.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary capture teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage capture efforts across Army and Navy markets (C5ISR, Aviation, Missiles & Fires, Surface & Subsurface).
• Develop and implement winning capture plans, win themes, differentiators, and customer messaging.
• Oversee technical and cost proposal development ensuring alignment with requirements and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach capture activities through lifecycle.
• Engage customers and shape procurement approaches through strategic relationship building.
