The role requires a business degree with 5+ years in tech program management, proficiency in Jira/Asana/Confluence, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of post-baccalaureate experience in project management in technology.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience with data analytics resourcing and reporting.
• Experience with SaaS environments and senior-executive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic programs that support company-wide goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and resources.
• Lead retrospective meetings and track progress against milestones.
• Monitor budgets, costs, risks, and mitigation plans for programs.
