Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager for our Injection Molding division to manage key accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and drive growth in manufacturing with silicone, LSR, HCR, and micromolding.

This fully remote role requires collaboration with technical teams, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Travel may be required to meet customers and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within manufacturing, Injection Molding preferred.
• Proven experience with silicone, LSR, HCR, and micromolding.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key strategic accounts in Injection Molding.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specs and applications.
• Be the primary contact for key accounts, handling inquiries and issues.
• Provide reports on account activity, forecasts, and market trends.
• Assist in promotional activities and product launches with Marketing.
