Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Business Development Manager for a fully remote role. You will lead sales efforts across medical device OEMs, expanding our plastics injection molding and related services.

A strong background in micromolding, thermoplastics, and related processes is essential, along with proven leadership and client relations skills. You will collaborate with engineering to craft innovative molding solutions, drive revenue, and manage a sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within plastics.
• Proven sales and business development in injection molding.
• Experience selling to medical device OEMs.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base and hit targets.
• Identify markets and monitor product/competition shifts.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service.
• Collaborate with engineering to create injection molding solutions.
• Lead the sales process from plan to close and forecast results.
• Provide technical support to clients and sales team.
• Lead and manage the sales team with goals and accountability.
• Present revenue and expense reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
