Remote home office with ~50% travel; preferred candidates reside in the Midwest. Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in metals/manufacturing outside sales and proven multi-year program success are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years outside sales experience in metals or manufacturing.
• Proven success managing large, complex OEM accounts.
• Proven success in multi-year programs.
• Advanced pricing, margin optimization, and contract evaluation skills.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic account plans.

• Lead strategic account plans across Charter Casting’s critical OEM relationships.
• Own executive-level commercial relationships and long-term account positioning.
• Identify and secure major platform wins and long-term commercial agreements.
• Lead complex negotiations involving pricing strategy and contract structure.
• Influence portfolio strategy and growth priorities across annual and multi-year initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic customer commitments.
• Monitor industry trends to identify high-value growth opportunities.
