Charter Casting, the world’s largest producer of continuous cast-iron bar stock, seeks a Strategic Account Manager who will lead strategic plans for our most important OEM customers and drive above-market growth from a remote home office.

The role requires 8+ years in outside metals sales, strong financial and negotiation skills, and a track record of multi-year programs. Travel about 50% and preferred Midwest location.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8 years of outside sales experience in metals or manufacturing.
• Proven success managing large OEM accounts and multi-year programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic account plans across Charter Casting’s top OEM relationships.
• Own executive-level commercial relationships and long-term positioning.
• Identify and secure major platform wins and long-term agreements.
• Lead complex negotiations on pricing, margins, and contracts.
• Align portfolio strategy with annual and multi-year initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to fulfill customer commitments.
