Job summary

Charter Casting is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead strategic account plans across its most critical OEM relationships. You will own executive-level commercial relationships and long-term account positioning, identifying and securing major platform wins and long-term contracts.

You will negotiate pricing, margins, and contract structures while influencing portfolio strategy and growth aligned with annual and 5-year initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of outside sales experience in metals or manufacturing environment.
Proven success in managing large, complex OEM accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic account plans across Charter Casting’s most critical OEM relationships.
Own executive-level commercial relationships and long-term account positioning.
Identify and secure major platform wins and long-term agreements.
Lead complex commercial negotiations involving pricing strategy and contract structure.
Influence portfolio strategy, business planning, and long-term growth priorities.
