Charter Casting, the combined Charter Aarrowcast and Charter Dura-Bar, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to drive above-market growth in top OEM accounts. Remote home office with ~50% travel, ideally located in the Midwest corridor.

You will lead long-range account planning, negotiate complex contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure major platform wins and sustained revenue growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of outside sales experience in metals or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex OEM accounts.
• Proven success in winning large, multi-year programs.
• Advanced financial acumen including pricing strategy and margin optimization.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing multi-year strategic account plans.

• Own executive-level commercial relationships and long-term account positioning.
• Identify and secure major platform wins and long-term commercial agreements.
