National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI) is seeking part-time coaches to advance math, science, and STEM literacy across districts in the contiguous United States. You will deliver professional development, develop curricular materials, and tailor trainings for partner schools and districts.

Collaborate with a national team, support teacher and leader growth, and help scale high-quality instruction while maintaining your current full-time role. Some travel may be required for in-person events.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of teaching experience in a K–12 content area or grade band.
• Strong familiarity with standards like CCSS and NGSS for college readiness.
• Ability to design and deliver professional development and trainings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional development for teachers and leaders in online and in-person settings.
• Develop, edit, and pilot curricular materials for educators and students.
• Produce and deliver customized training events for partner districts.
• Develop new educational content, including model activities, lessons, and units.
• Model teaching strategies and content-driven activities for stakeholders.
• Share feedback from trainings to inform future programming.
• Promote NMSI and its mission within professional networks.
