Key duties include making timely claim decisions, gathering and reviewing clinical and financial information, and maintaining thorough documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains genuine caring and empathetic customer service throughout interactions; earns claimant and employer trust
• Makes timely, accurate STD and AM claim decisions; gathers clinical, vocational, employer, financial information and compares to contract terms
• Documents claims in system accurately; uses claims management plan to attain best outcome; stays compliant with regulations
• Collaborates with internal partners to support flexibility, collaboration, and positive work environment
• Performs other related duties as required
