MetLife is seeking a claims professional to process STD/LTD disability claims with precision and empathy. The role emphasizes independent analysis, problem-solving, and adherence to laws, with in-office meetings once a month and a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ STD experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to leverage AI to improve speed and accuracy in daily tasks.

• Requires 2+ years of short-term disability (STD) experience.
• Must live within commutable distance of listed offices.
• Once a month in office for meetings.
