Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a State Product Associate to act as a primary contact for selected states, navigating local regulatory landscapes while delivering compliant products. You will collaborate across teams to inform strategy, analyze market data, and support new product implementations in the local market.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture.
• Strong communication skills; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Ability to partner with others and deliver presentations.
• Organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary contact for assigned states and understands local regulatory landscape.
• Work across the organization to deliver products in compliance with local markets.
• Research local regulatory conditions and analyze data to identify trends.
• Present findings to leadership and inform strategy for market changes.
• Support new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Participate in cross-functional projects such as system defects and contracting changes.
