CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a State Product Associate to act as the primary contact for assigned states, understanding local regulatory landscapes and delivering compliant products with leadership support. This remote role coordinates across the organization to implement products in local markets.

The ideal candidate brings knowledge of state insurance regulation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Competenze

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills; able to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others.
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyzes available data to identify trends and issues in assigned territory, reviewing findings with leadership.

• Works in highly consultative role and presents issues, with management support, to senior management (regularly up to Dir level).
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Participates in cross-functional projects (e.g., system defects, discounts, forms, contracting changes)
