Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a State Product Associate for remote work across the United States. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned states, navigate local regulatory landscapes, and collaborate with teams to deliver compliant products in local markets.

The role emphasizes regulatory research, data analysis, and presenting findings to leadership. You will support new product implementation as the local SME and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others.
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary point of contact for assigned states.
• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
• Analyzes available data to identify trends and issues in assigned territory, reviewing findings with leadership.
• Performs analysis of assigned function or business area and translates findings into appropriate applications, such as process changes, informing strategy, etc.
• Works in highly consultative role and presents issues, with management support, to senior management (regularly up to Dir level).
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Participates in cross-functional projects (e.g., system defects, discounts, forms, contracting changes)
