CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a State Product Associate to manage regulatory and market activities for assigned states. You will collaborate across teams to ensure compliant product delivery in local markets and support new product implementation as the SME in the territory.

You will analyze regulatory conditions, present findings to leadership, and translate insights into actionable process changes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a remote, national-role setting.

Competenze

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others.
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
