Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a State Product Associate to work remotely across the United States, including multiple states. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned states, understanding local regulatory landscapes and collaborating to deliver compliant products.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
• Uses research and analytical skills to inform approaches to market changes and legislative responses.
• Analyzes data to identify trends in assigned territory, reviewing findings with leadership.
• Translates findings into applications, such as process changes or informing strategy.
• Works in a consultative role and presents issues with management support to senior management.
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Participates in cross-functional projects (e.g., system defects, discounts, forms, contracting changes)
