Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a State Product Associate to act as a primary contact for assigned states, delivering products in compliance with local markets. This remote role requires understanding regulatory landscapes and strong analytical skills to inform strategies and decision-making.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, support new product implementations as the SME, and participate in cross-functional projects while maintaining effective communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others.
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
• Uses research and analytical skills and ability to present to inform others on approaches to market changes and responses to legislative changes.
• Analyzes available data to identify trends and issues in assigned territory, reviewing findings with leadership.
• Performs analysis of assigned function or business area and translates findings into appropriate applications, such as process changes, informing strategy, etc.
• Works in highly consultative role and presents issues, with management support, to senior management (regularly up to Dir level).
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Participates in cross-functional projects (e.g., system defects, discounts, forms, contracting changes)
