Job summary

K12 Coalition is seeking a Proposal Content Writer, State Curriculum Adoptions to support the development of high-quality, compelling, and compliant state adoption submissions. You will work closely with curriculum, product, and sales teams to translate complex requirements into clear proposal language.

As part of the Sales team, you will manage RFP responses, ensure alignment with state standards, and contribute to content development that reflects Lavinia Group and K12 Coalition’s

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal development, RFP writing, or curriculum publishing.
• Experience supporting state-level curriculum or instructional materials adoption submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead content development of high-quality RFP responses and submissions for state curriculum and instructional materials adoptions.
• Translate complex state adoption requirements into clear, compliant proposal content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into persuasive proposal language.
• Maintain consistency in messaging and support future curriculum adoption efforts.
• Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines for complex submissions.
