inquirED is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead state and district RFP responses and adoption submissions for pre-K/TK and elementary curricula. You will own the entire proposal process, interpret requirements, write persuasive narratives, and coordinate materials and evidence across Sales, Marketing, Curriculum, Product, Partner Experience, and Operations.

You will ensure accurate, evidence-backed submissions that align with evaluators’ criteria and deadlines, ultimately helping secure

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills for persuasive, evidence-backed proposals.
• Ability to interpret complex solicitation requirements and build compliance matrices.
• Strong project management and deadline discipline.
• Experience coordinating contributors across multiple teams.
• Attention to detail and accountability for accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Own state and district submissions from review to receipt.
• Read documents, build compliance matrices, track deadlines.
• Develop project plans with milestones and owners.
• Serve as primary writer for executive summaries and narratives.
• Tailor responses to state/district priorities and scoring rubrics.
• Translate curriculum and product information into clear explanations.
• Coordinate materials, pricing, certifications, and reviewer access.
• Perform final checks for completeness and consistency.
• Complete portal uploads and delivery, keep records.
