Job summary

PROENERGY, a Missouri-based peaking-power solutions provider, seeks a Startup Turnover Coordinator to interface with construction on system turnover and meet commissioning schedules. You will coordinate turnover packages from acceptance to final client turnover, reporting to the VP Startup Services.

The role is remote/field based with ~85% travel, requiring strong communication, coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience supporting Project Managers in delivering development projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Projects and Primavera; strong Office suite and Adobe Pro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and overtime as needed.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and maintain System Turnover Package(s).
• Scope project P&ID’s and Electrical One-lines.
• Walkdown systems with Construction and Client.
• Prepare and distribute the system punch list after walkdowns.
• Review Turnover Packages with Startup Manager before client submission.
• Coordinate QA/QC support for System Turnover Packages.
• Support Startup schedule and perform mechanical testing as required.
• Allocate test equipment and track inventory; report issues to Sedalia office.
• Review/interpret drawings and design documents to ensure turnover compliance.
• Produce weekly and monthly status reports on turnover progress.
• Travel as required to support customer projects.
