Job summary

IONNA is seeking a full-time Commissioning Coordinator to support commissioning of our locations after site energization. The role backs both commissioning and field service teams in a fast-paced startup environment, offering growth potential for a driven individual.

Ideal candidates have experience coordinating multiple activities and data across Salesforce and Procore, with readiness to work unconventional hours to meet project timelines. Base salary targets reflect market in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years coordinating in a startup or fast-paced role.
• Preferred: experience with commissioning switchgear and power systems.
• Willingness to work late nights/off hours/weekends to meet mission goals.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and review of commissioning information in Salesforce/Procore.
• Core responsibility to coordinate site setup across tools and asset management software.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure timely commissioning of all sites.
• Dispatch and schedule internal and third-party commissioning teams for on-time commissioning.
• Perform commissioning activities to complete assigned tasks.
• Pass commissioning trainings and certifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve/escalate issues identified during commissioning.
• Pick and ship commissioning materials on time to site.
