Job summary

OSOME is redefining the back office for global entrepreneurs. As our Product Marketing Specialist for the Startup segment, you will be the primary execution engine of our high-velocity scale-up, translating complex infrastructure into clear narratives that accelerate mid-funnel growth.

You will own ICPs and buyer personas, craft high-conversion landing pages, and activate accelerator partnerships. You’ll work with Senior PMM to ensure a fast, product-led journey from awareness to upsell, across

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Execution within a fast-paced B2B SaaS, FinTech, or corporate tech startup workspace.
• Proven track record of developing sales enablement tools, landing pages, interactive media assets, and automated email lifecycle sequences.
• Hands-on mastery of modern growth stacks, digital analytics tools, and CRM automation infrastructure (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence across 4 core markets to identify localized hurdles and opportunities.
• Develop ICPs and buyer personas tailored to fast-scaling tech startups and venture-backed entities.
• Create highly actionable middle-of-funnel collateral including battle cards, pitch decks, scripts, and objection-handling materials.
• Map and optimize onboarding materials and pathways to accelerate time-to-value for new cohorts.
• Develop high-converting, segment-specific landing pages, demos, and social selling toolkits.
• Penetrate accelerator networks and startup hubs, partnering with growth squads for GTM activation.
• Refine value propositions across active digital initiatives with growth and performance marketing teams.
• Provide field marketing with localized insights and plug-and-play materials for events.
• Coordinate with CRM teams to orchestrate product-led email campaigns that boost engagement and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to activate new feature releases and surface upgrade opportunities within the app.
