Job summary

Function is seeking a Product Marketing leader in the United States to own high-impact product launches and comprehensive GTM plans across product, marketing, sales, and enterprise teams.

You will drive speed-to-market while preserving quality, craft enterprise-focused messaging, and enable sales and partnerships. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, research-driven insights, and multi-product integration with Ezra MRI/CT ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Marketing, ideally with growth and enterprise/B2B experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch Excellence: Own the strategy and execution of high-impact product launches.
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans coordinating across product, marketing, sales, and enterprise teams.
• Drive speed-to-market while maintaining launch quality.
• Enterprise Enablement: Build and refine B2B messaging for enterprise audiences; create enablement materials for sales and partnerships.
• Lead cross-product GTM for Function + Ezra MRI/CT scan ecosystem; drive cross-sell and upsell across products.
• Own member engagement strategies; track, improve journeys; refresh messaging based on data and features.
• Lead user and market research; standardize processes; synthesize insights to guide product and GTM decisions.
• Act as a connector across Product, Marketing, Design, Enterprise, Ezra, and Research teams to align goals.
