Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Staff TPM to design and run an AI-first onboarding program that turns new engineers into confident, productive builders across North America and EMEA. The role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, learning, and people operations, partnering with multiple teams to make onboarding credible and welcoming.

You will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding across regions, lead hands-on sessions in SF, and collaborate to translate AI

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a technical leader within a software engineering organization.
• Solid grasp of modern software development practices, including AI-assisted development, code review, testing, CI/CD, deployment, observability, and incident response.
• Track record of improving engineering workflows through thoughtful program design and cross-functional execution.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the technical judgment to earn trust from engineering managers and senior ICs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align partners across engineering, learning, recruiting, people ops, IT, and facilities without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of engineering onboarding for new hires across multiple regions.
• Lead hands-on learning experiences at the San Francisco office, complemented by virtual and regional programming.
• Partner with engineering leaders to build and maintain technical onboarding content.
• Translate AI-first engineering practices into practical learning experiences.
• Collaborate with managers and onboarding buddies to create role-relevant plans that accelerate early contributions.
• Coordinate with recruiting, learning, people ops, IT, facilities, and regional partners to ensure access and support for new hires.
• Collect feedback and turn it into ongoing improvements to content and operations.
