The Staff Software Engineer will lead efforts and contribute to building high quality scalable computer software systems, participating in the design process from beginning to end.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related software development experience or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• Strong OO programming with Java or C# and full stack capabilities.
• Experience with React/Angular, HTML, CSS, and modern Javascript.
• Cloud native infra experience and Kubernetes familiarity.
• Ability to work in agile teams and lead feature development end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead code/design reviews and plan releases.
• Develop and debug across the full application lifecycle.
• Write clean, scalable web applications.
• Perform UI tests and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with design, product, and ops teams.
• Respond to on-call incidents and ensure minimal downtime.
