Our unified platform integrates onboarding, digital banking, and data and marketing solutions, with a remote-first culture across the U.S. We’re seeking an experienced engineering leader to coordinate across Engineering, Quality Engineering, SRE, Release Management, Product, Architecture, and TPMs to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development with multi-language stack including .NET/Java/C# and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience delivering SaaS-based software with microservice architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud-native apps and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with observability tools and real-time event processing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Engineering to deliver features to specifications.
• Hands-on coding 20–30% and contribute to API design and scalable services.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers for technical growth.
• Define architecture and guide system design and tech choices.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Security, Architecture, and Operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce tech debt, and improve scalability and reliability.
• Define KPIs and manage resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and stay current with industry best practices.
• Oversee incident response and maintain system uptime.
