Fieldguide is hiring a Staff QA Engineer to own quality and automation for large enterprise deployments. You’ll work with customers and our engineering teams to build a world-class QA function centered on agent-first tooling.

You’ll lead automation capacity, triage and reproduce bugs with agentic tooling, and ship fixes directly. Seniority will be calibrated to scope and experience, with a strong emphasis on ownership and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Strong production software engineering experience and ability to ship code
• Hands-on experience building test automation and CI quality gates
• Real use of AI or agentic tooling as part of daily work
• Experience working directly with customers or enterprise users on issues they care about
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and owning outcomes without a defined queue

• Own quality and automation for large enterprise deployments
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to build a world-class QA function
• Develop agent-first QA tooling to automate repetitive tasks
• Run bug bashes on new features before release and standardize practices
• Own bug reporting, trends, and quality direction for engineering leadership and customers
• Improve internal automated testing with targeted coverage and reduced flakes
• Bridge customer-reported issues to tests and environment checks
• Support evaluation efforts by curating data sets to test agent quality
