Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a QA Engineer focused on quality and automation for large SaaS deployments. The role spans enterprise-level, multi-tenant and PaaS environments, leveraging agentic AI tooling to triage, reproduce, and route bugs, with direct customer collaboration and a path from issues to automated tests.

We value hands-on software shipping, CI quality gates, and experience with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

Production software engineering experience with responsibility for shipping code.
Hands-on experience building test automation and CI quality gates that engineers rely on.
Real-world use of AI or agentic tooling as part of day-to-day work.
Experience working directly with customers or enterprise users on issues they care about.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and owning outcomes without a defined queue of incoming work.

Responsibilities

Keep multi-tenant SaaS and single-tenant PaaS environments consistent so behavior matches across deployments and configuration drift does not become a defect.
Build and run agentic automation that triages, reproduces, and routes bugs without human handoff, and use the same tooling to resolve bugs by shipping fixes directly.
Run pre-release bug bashes on new features and turn the practice into something other teams can adopt.
Own bug reporting and communication, including severity-weighted trends, hotspots, and quality-direction updates trusted by engineering leadership and the customer.
Work directly with enterprise customers to integrate with their issue reporting and validation processes.
Improve internal automated testing for higher-value coverage, more trusted CI signal, and reduced flakiness.
Close the loop from a customer-reported issue back to the test or environment check that would have caught it.
Support agent quality evaluation by creating and curating relevant datasets.
