Job summary

Fieldguide seeks a senior staff-level QA and automation leader to own quality across large enterprise deployments. You will work with customers and our engineering team to build a world-class QA function centered on agentic tooling, driving automated bug triage, reproduction, and routing.

You will also define the automation strategy, ensure consistent environments across SaaS and PaaS, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership on release quality gates.

Qualifications

• Experience building test automation and CI quality gates that engineers rely on.
• Hands-on experience working with customers or enterprise users on issues they care about.
• Production software engineering experience — you write and ship code, not only tests.

Responsibilities

• Own quality and automation for large enterprise deployments.
• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering to build a world-class QA function.
• Build automation capacity using agentic tooling for bug triage, reproduction, and routing.
• Maintain environment parity across SaaS and PaaS deployments to prevent drift.
