Pinterest's Content-to-Discovery Platform team seeks a Staff Product Manager to direct the end-to-end content-to-discovery flywheel. You will partner with engineering, data science, and product leaders to acquire the right supply by category and keep it fresh, accurate, and highly searchable at scale.

You will own the roadmap for content ingestion, metadata enrichment, indexing for Shopping and Search, and low-latency retrieval.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or technical leadership.
• Experience owning content/catalog or commerce-supply platforms at scale.
• Proven track record improving data quality or relevance metrics.
• Strong technical judgment; can dive deep with engineers on tradeoffs.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with measurable impact.
• Exceptional communication across engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive a multi-year strategy for the end-to-end content-to-discovery flywheel.
• Own the roadmap for infrastructure supporting content, scraping, and catalog onboarding.
• Drive extraction, processing, metadata enrichment, and freshness lifecycle.
• Own indexing across Shopping and Search.
• Own retrieval and serving with latency, performance signals, and inventory.
• Mentor peer PMs and partner across teams; influence without people management.
