Job summary

Luxury Presence seeks a Staff Product Manager to own organic discovery and AI visibility for client sites. You’ll set strategy, lead an engineering team, and collaborate with design, client success, and sales to drive adoption and revenue.

You’ll partner across teams to ship features that improve search performance, measure impact, and scale successful changes across thousands of sites. This role blends product leadership with hands-on SEO/AI depth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, including owning a product line end to end where you were accountable for adoption, client outcomes, and revenue.
• You run your area like a business, tie your roadmap to retention and revenue, and own the result.
• Close to your customers, you talk to them often and explain why things matter in their terms.
• You create momentum in ambiguity and move before every question is answered.
• Strong opinions, honestly tested, and willing to change your mind when evidence says so.
• You make complex things simple for non-technical users with smart defaults and guardrails.
• A communicator who can get a room excited from engineers to executives and earns trust across teams.
• Hands-on experience with SEO or organic growth and a current view on AI search.
• Rigorous about measurement and able to distinguish results from coincidence.
• Fluent with AI as a working tool to investigate and unblock yourself.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform.
• Spend real time with clients and internal teams to derive a clear road map.
• Build the business case for your roadmap and tie it to retention and revenue.
• Define how client brands, listings, and expertise are legible to AI and how we measure citations.
• Own the technical foundations your sites depend on, partnering with engineering to create scalable defaults and safeguards.
• Prove changes on representative site groups and scale successful approaches.
• Write clear requirements for engineering and design partners to move without delays.
• Collaborate with client success, sales, and marketing so launches land and value is understood.
