Job summary

Kard Financial, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Data & Platform to lead two established teams: Data (ML, analytics, data engineering) and Engineering Enablement (internal developer platform).

You will shape bets, turn tech into customer value, and coach others to raise product thinking. This senior IC role requires collaboration with business partners, cross-functional teams, and external customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technically complex data, ML, or platform products across multiple teams.
• A record of turning data or foundational technology into measurable customer and commercial value.
• Working fluency across data platforms, ML lifecycles, batch and real-time serving, APIs, cloud infra, and developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a coherent strategy for Kard’s data and platform capabilities.
• Lead shaping with engineering, data, and business partners through Shape Up processes.
• Turn transaction data, ML, and platform capabilities into products and business opportunities.
• Advance intelligence behind Kard’s offer platform including personalization and measurement.
• Define reusable capabilities for offer decisioning, delivery, matching, and partner integrations.
• Treat data and developer platforms as products with measurable impact.
