Kard is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Data & Platform to lead two teams: Data and Engineering Enablement, guiding data science, analytics, data engineering, and the internal developer platform. You will shape the strategy and align stakeholders.

You will drive data-driven products, personalization, and real-time decisioning at scale, partnering with engineering and business to deliver measurable value while ensuring security and compliance.

Competenze

• Experience leading data, ML, or platform products across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to turn data into customer and commercial value.
• Strong fluency with data platforms, governance, ML lifecycles.
• Excellent experimentation and measurement skills.
• Ability to align executives and drive trade-offs.
• Experience with developer platforms and APIs at scale.
