Job summary
Kard is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Data & Platform to lead two teams: Data and Engineering Enablement, guiding data science, analytics, data engineering, and the internal developer platform. You will shape the strategy and align stakeholders.
You will drive data-driven products, personalization, and real-time decisioning at scale, partnering with engineering and business to deliver measurable value while ensuring security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience leading data, ML, or platform products across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to turn data into customer and commercial value.
- Strong fluency with data platforms, governance, ML lifecycles.
- Excellent experimentation and measurement skills.
- Ability to align executives and drive trade-offs.
- Experience with developer platforms and APIs at scale.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy for Kard's data and platform capabilities.
- Lead Shape Up collaboration with engineering, data, and business partners.
- Turn data and platform capabilities into products and opportunities.
- Advance offer platform intelligence with personalization and measurement.
- Define reusable offer decisioning capabilities and partner integrations.
- Treat data and developer platforms as products and measure impact.
