Job summary

MX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data to own the end-to-end lifecycle of major data-driven product initiatives. You will translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes across product, engineering, design, and marketing to drive growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related technical or software product management.
• 8+ years owning and delivering end-to-end software products at the product level across the full SDLC.
• Proven track record creating PRDs, wireframes/prototypes with UX design, and technical specs.
• Expertise evaluating market research, defining product viability, and leading go-to-market launches.
• Proven experience defining, tracking, and optimizing core product performance metrics (ARR, conversion, engagement, ROI).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end product strategy and delivery at the product level, driving features from discovery to GA and continuous refinement.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to define and prioritize complex problems.
• Create PRDs and partner with Design to build wireframes and prototypes.
• Partner with Engineering during the build phase to remove roadblocks and ensure high product reliability.
• Coordinate limited releases, customer pilots, and go-to-market launches with Marketing and measure post-launch outcomes.
• Establish methods and evaluation criteria for new assignments across internal and external networks.
• Mentor and elevate less experienced product managers across the discipline.
• Track and manage core product line metrics including Net ARR Growth, Net ARR Retention, Gross Margin, ROI.
