Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management for the Customer Resiliency Data Platform on US Card. You will bridge raw data and high-performance datasets, partnering with Enterprise tech teams, business stakeholders, and Risk Management to maximize value and accelerate insights for data analysts and machine learning models.

You will lead end-to-end data product development, drive data quality improvements, and enable self-service analytics at scale within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, SWE, ME, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing
• Or Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy & Expansion: Partner with Enterprise platforms to evaluate tools and standards, data sources to scale core data infrastructure.
• Business & Risk Alignment: Collaborate with partners to identify gaps and ensure end-to-end operational compliance.
• Partner with tech team: Drive feature delivery from intent to production with clear requirements and agile guidance.
• Data Product Development: Lead end-to-end lifecycle of scalable data products for analytics and ML.
• Quality & Reliability: Elevate data quality, uptime, and scalability to enterprise standards with monitoring and audit use cases.
• Self-Service Enablement: Improve visualizations and query performance to empower analysts and BI users.
