Job summary

Dia Enterprise is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to own the Dia Admin Console end-to-end. You will build the hosted web application, the entitlement and provisioning APIs, and the integration surface with Atlassian’s Admin Hub and commerce stacks for enterprise customers.

You will work closely with Atlassian’s platform teams and enterprise clients, driving governance, identity, and policy features while shaping the roadmap and shipping enterprise-ready capabilities across the

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production web applications end to end.
• Experience designing admin/enterprise tooling as products.
• Comfort in web and backend work; willingness to touch native Swift and Chromium client when needed.
• Ability to work in high-trust, high-ambiguity startup-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Dia Admin Console, a hosted web application for enterprise admins to manage entitlements, identity, policies and usage.
• Improve backend access checks and provisioning APIs driven by Admin Hub events.
• Integrate Dia into Atlassian admin surfaces to appear as a first‑party product.
• Collaborate with Atlassian Admin Hub, Identity, and Commerce teams to advance projects.
• Define the technical direction for enterprise admin tooling and related features.
