Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks an experienced Atlassian specialist to own the Atlassian platform, drive DevOps patterns with AWS, and deliver secure, scalable tooling for our commercial and government work.

You will lead end-to-end configurations, integrate Jira/Confluence, mentor teams, and produce dashboards and reports, while aligning with security standards and Agile delivery in a fast, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, CE or related field.
• Experience with Atlassian products and REST APIs.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert on Atlassian workflows and configurations.
• Manage Atlassian suite end-to-end across development environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine needs.
• Develop customized Atlassian solutions and testing plans.
• Maintain security and data integrity of the Atlassian implementation.
• Install, configure and administer Atlassian Cloud products.
• Monitor performance, incidents, and resolve issues.
• Create metrics dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Provide technical training and documentation.
• Mentor less technical stakeholders on best practices.
• Research, diagnose, and optimize performance bottlenecks.

Education
