Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with staff-level ownership of high-stakes systems.
• Ability to set technical direction across complex banking-related surfaces and programs.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for the bank's systems and surfaces (cloud, data, core banking configuration, CI/CD).
• Own end-to-end design, integration, and operation of the most critical components and incident response.
• Lead vendor evaluation, integration, and ongoing oversight across core platforms.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and audit readiness through design and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and raise the team's overall bar.
