On Call Counsel is seeking a Hearing Representative to manage special education claims remotely for a NYC-based project. You will represent the agency in administrative hearings, handle intake to resolution, and work with families and counsel to move cases efficiently.

The role requires a valid U.S. bar license and at least one year of litigation experience, plus strong MS Office skills. The assignment offers flexible remote work and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualificações

• Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Minimum 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload (100–200 claims).
• Comfort with remote hearings and virtual collaboration.
