Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Minimum 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
• Ability to manage 100–200 cases concurrently.
• Comfort with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
• Flexible to hearings in Eastern Time (7 AM–7 PM).
• Experience in Administrative Law or government settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: handle a high-volume caseload of 100–200 claims.
• Representation: litigate complex cases in hearings and settlements for the agency.
• Administrative Process: navigate federal/state education law procedures.
• Documentation: prepare filings and reports with accuracy.
• Settlement Negotiation: negotiate resolutions and attorney fees with parties.
• Training and Collaboration: work with specialists and attorneys; train staff on compliance.
• Research and Compliance: analyze case law and advise on hearing orders.
