On Call Counsel seeks contract Hearing Representatives to support a New York City agency in addressing the backlog of special education claims. You will represent the agency through the full claims process—from intake to resolution or settlement—working remotely on a 1+ year assignment.

Ideal candidates hold an active bar license in any U.S. state, have 1+ years of litigation experience, and can manage 100–200 cases, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote tools.
