Qualifications

• JD or LLB from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Missouri in good standing.
• Knowledge of insurance law, workers’ compensation and/or No Fault law.

Responsibilities

• Litigation execution across discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, and drafting pleadings and motions.
• Provide clear and reasoned legal opinions and strategic advice to Claims Representatives and insured clients.
• Utilize e-discovery and case management technologies to streamline processes and coordinate with remote team members.
• Identify and evaluate risks, collaborating on strategies to mitigate legal risks and facilitate resolutions.
• Ensure all legal documents and motions are accurate and compliant with standards.
• Provide timely updates to insured clients and claims professionals to maintain alignment with case objectives.
• Contribute to initiatives to improve efficiency, best practices, and the overall organization.
• Uphold high standards of legal ethics and licensing compliance.
