Qualifications

• 3+ years performing full charge bookkeeping.
• Experience using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily A/P, A/R, payroll and month-end close for multiple clients.
• Communicate with clients by phone and webcam to ensure high service levels.
• Post journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
